SR. TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
Seeking talent management consultant with strong functional, project management and technical skills. A minimum of 5 years experience is required in Human Capital/Talent Management software in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. Experience with Peoplefluent or SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite is highly desired. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to transition to contracting or a current independent contractor to expand their client-base. Prospective individuals must be available during regular business hours and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide solutions and advice for Compensation and/or Performance Management planning.
• Work with clients to document requirements.
• Design and configure Talent Management software to meet the clients needs.
• Assist clients with data management and integration with HR systems.
• Document reporting/analytic requirements and work with Report Developers as needed.
• Create end-user documentation and/or provide training as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong client facing and verbal communication skills.
• Peoplefluent, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Taleo or similar Talent Management experience is required.
• Strong documentation and project management skills.
• Experience with report or data analytic applications – BIRT experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

OTHER
• Location: Remote, with occasional onsite travel.
• Compensation: 1099. Commensurate with experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Access, FTP and other office tools.

SALES EXECUTIVE
We’re looking for a Sales Executive with a proven track record in ERP or Human Capital/Talent Management market selling IT services and solutions to SMB and F500 companies. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, highly creative with the ability to work independently with limited resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for generating new business revenues by identifying and selling Vayam solutions to prospective clients, developing relationships with clients, initiating business opportunities where none exist, and mining existing accounts. Applicant must have the ability to generate business immediately upon starting.

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience in the IT services/solutions industry.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills.
• Grow existing customers, qualify existing leads, consistently pursue and close new business.
• Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle & assist with marketing .
• Understand our competition and 3rd party vendors.
• Be results oriented & flexible.
• Can quickly develop a strong understanding of Vayam’s services
• Experience with Human Capital/Talent Management, CRM, or ERP solutions is highly desirable.
• A network of C-suite and other executives is a big plus.
• Ability to bypass gate keepers and qualify sales opportunities.
